The Quebec National Day celebration was held at the Hall of States in Washington, D.C., attended by several hundred guests of the Province. In other meetings with the Premier, it was apparent that the Premier had an upbeat impression that the renegotiation of NAFTA would be addressed by the Trump Administration, which is good news for all of us.
