Meghan Zedick joined Stafford Owens in 2010. Ms. Zedick focuses her practice on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She advises clients on a wide range of employment issues, including negotiation of employment and separation agreements, implementation of up-to-date employment policies and procedures as well as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims and issues arising under the Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Zedick also represents local school districts advising on a wide range of legal issues.
Additionally, Ms. Zedick provides training on legal issues relating to labor, employment and education matters.
Meghan Zedick received her Bachelor’s degree in 2003 from Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2006.
