Executive Order…. directs an investigation and report by various US Government Departments and Agencies into counterfeit goods entering the US. It focuses on the importation of Counterfeit and Pirated Goods. This may well lead to stricter enforcement by US Customs and we recommend that our clients insure they have available evidence to support their use of trade marks when entering goods into the US.
